SHOTS KILL 2 MEN IN RICHMOND

Two men were shot to death Monday outside a house, Richmond police said.

Police received a call about 2:40 p.m. from a neighbor who reported gunshots, Capt. Tom Shook said. Authorities received another call five minutes later from someone who had seen one of the victims lying in an alley.

Shook said the men were standing in an alley when they were shot. He did not know if they were armed.

One of the victims was found in the alley and another in the side yard of a house. Both appeared to be in their 20s. Their identities were not immediately available.
