If you're a parent, you may have to start buckling up kids under 15 who ride in the backseat.

If you're a worker who suffers from carpal tunnel syndrome, your malady will now be covered by worker's compensation, although you'll face a high threshold of proof. If you're unemployed, you'll find benefits going up - and if you're a business owner, you'll find your unemployment taxes going down.
