          lay metal rebar onto the Second Street bridge in Roanoke on 
          Wednesday. The rebar will soon be covered with concrete to make a 
          roadbed for the bridge over the Norfolk Southern tracks, Shenandoah 
          Avenue and Norfolk Avenue. The bridge is scheduled to open in June.
