Crayon-colored flowers have just started cheering up the gray stalls of the Roanoke City Market. Pansies and primroses are for sale and can already be planted outdoors. But if the temperature dips into the low 20s, you'd better cover them. And if they look brown and droopy after a chilly night, they'll perk up after some warmer temps and sunshine.
