Optical Cable Corp. of Roanoke makes fiber-optic cable for the telecommunications industry. Per-share earnings figures for the first quarter last year are pro forma, as if the company were publicly owned for both periods. Optical Cable will hold its first shareholders' meeting today at 10 a.m. at the Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center.
