Just to prove music is the universal language, it's a sure bet you'll find yourself clapping your hands and trying to sing along with Craig Taubman 'n' Co., even when they're singing in Hebrew. Of course, there'll be lots of English, too, as he and his group perform original songs in both languages Saturday at 7:30 p.m. at Temple Emanuel in Roanoke.
Taubman, voted one of the top children's recording artists by TV Guide and Entertainment Weekly magazines, has been featured on the Fox TV Network, Nickelodeon and The Disney Channel, has written music for movies and TV and has won awards for nine Jewish family recordings.
He splits his time between performing all over the country and being with his children.
Admission is $4. The temple is at Persinger Road and Brambleton Avenue. If you have questions, call 342-3117.
