Roanoke College and Bell Atlantic of Virginia will feature telecommunications entrepreneur Mark R. Warner at a public forum at noon April 9 in the Shenandoah Room of the Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center.
Warner's topic will be ``Virginia's New Frontier: The Technology Challenge.''
As founder of Columbia Capital Corp., he acted as lead broker in numerous cellular mergers, acquisitions and trades. He developed his businesses to become among the more highly regarded in the nation.
Warner was the Virginia Democratic Party's unsuccessful candidate against Republican incumbent John Warner in the 1996 U.S. Senate race.
