Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Collins of Salem, Va. are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Tiffany Paige Burnette, to Paul D. Morehead, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Paul D. Morehead, Sr. of Bland, Va. Tiffany is also the daughter of the late Jimmy G. Burnette.
Miss Burnette is a graduate of Northside High School and Radford University with a B.S. in Nursing. She is employed by Beckley Appalachian Regional Hospital, Beckley, W.Va. Mr. Morehead is a graduate of Bland County High School and Radford University with a B.S. in Biology, and also from Roanoke Memorial with certification in Medical Technology. He is employed by Beckley Hospital, Beckley, W.Va..

Carr-Ramey
Waynesboro, Va. - Mr. and Mrs. Glenwood Carr of Waynesboro, Virginia, announce the engagement of their daughter, Suzanne Elaine Carr, to Dale Charles Ramey, III, son of Mr. and Mrs. Dale Ramey, Jr. of Richmond, Virginia. Miss Carr is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Russell Cook and the late Mr. and Mrs. John Carr, all of Roanoke. Mr. Ramey is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Dale Ramey of South Boston.
Miss Carr was graduated from Blue Ridge Community College and is a telecommunication consultant for Health Communication Services in Richmond, Virginia. Mr. Ramey was graduated from North Carolina State University. He is at present the vice president of operations with Contract Specifix in Richmond, Virginia.
A June wedding is planned.
Cook-Tucker
Ms. Pamela Cook of Roanoke and Mr. John Cook, also o f Roanoke, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Erin Elaine, to Trey Tucker. Trey is the son of Ruth and W. L. Tucker, Jr. of Troutville.
Erin is a 1995 graduate of Northside High School and is attending Virginia Western Community College. She is employed by First Virginia Bank. Trey is a 1993 graduate of Lord Botetourt High School and is attending E.C.P.I. Computer Institute. He is employed by Member One Credit Union.

Catherine L. Craig and Cameron C. Caffee, II are engaged and planning to be married on July 19, 1997 in Woodbridge, Va. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Larry B. Craig of Hannibal, Mo. She is a graduate of Woodbridge High School in Woodbridge, Va. and Longwood College in May 1995 with a Bachelor of Music. She is employed by Prince William County Public Schools.
He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Cameron C. Caffee of Roanoke, Va. He is a graduate of Acton-Boxborough Regional High School in Acton, Mass., and from Longwood College in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. He is employed by Central Fidelity Bank as a Staff Auditor.
Deacon-Vance
Larry and Phyllis Deacon of Covington announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Sherry LeAnn, to William Wayne Vance, son of Frank Vance Jr. of Quinlan, Texas, and Laura Thompson of Covington.

Kielty-Briggs
Michele Louise Kielty and James Andrew Briggs are engaged and planning to be married on August 9, 1997 in Winston-Salem, N.C.
She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edmund Kielty of Roanoke. She is a graduate of James Madison University with a B.A., and will graduate in May from Wake Forest University with a MA Ed.
He is the son of Reverend James Maurice Briggs of Winston-Salem, N.C. and Ms. Elizabeth Hauser of Morehead City, N.C. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and received his MA Ed from Wake Forest University. He is employed by the North Carolina 21st Judicial District Court as a Custody Mediator.

Olsen-Lautrup
Colonel (USAF, Ret.) and Mrs. William Pross Olsen of Vienna, Va., are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Greer Gibson Olsen, to Mr. Robert William Lautrup of Arlington, Va., son of the late Captain (USN, Ret.) and Mrs. George William Lautrup, formerly of Ledyard, Conn.
Miss Olsen is a graduate of The Holton-Arms School in Bethesda, Md., and earned her bachelor of science degree in political science from the United States Naval Academy. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and currently is clerking for United States District Judge Samuel Grayson Wilson in Roanoke, Va.
Mr. Lautrup is a graduate of The Norwich Free Academy in Connecticut and the United States Naval Academy. He graduated from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, Calif., and the Sloan Fellowship Program of the London Graduate School of Business Studies, University of London. He is presently employed by the United States Congress.

Ms. Edie Whitehead of Chicago, Ill. and Mrs. Kansas King-Massenburg of Roanoke, Va. are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Michelle Elaine Whitehead and Terrance Lee King.
Ms. Whitehead is a 1987 graduate of Florida State University with a B.S. in Health Education, and a 1988 graduate of Florida A & M University with a M.S. in Public Administration. She is presently employed with U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Office of Environmental Justice as an Environmental Protection Specialist.

Rebecca Alene Zook and Joseph Marvin Mink are engaged and planning to be married in April of 1999 in Roanoke. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles A. Zook, Sr. of Roanoke, and will graduate from Patrick Henry in June 1997. She will attend the College of Health & Science in the fall of 1997. She is employed by Rack & Sack.
Joseph is the son of Mr. and Mrs. James Michael Mink of Vinton. He is a June 1996 graduate of Grace and Truth Christian Academy, and will graduate in February of 1998 from John Patterson State Technical College in Alabama. He is employed by Sears Automotive.
Zuidema-Winesett
Leslie Zuidema and Andy Winesett are engaged and planning to be married on June 7, 1997, in Wren Chapel on the campus of the College of William & Mary. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Malcolm Zuidema of Alexandria, Va., and received her Bachelor's from the College of William & Mary. She will receive her Master's degree from UNC-Charlotte in May. She is employed by the Mental Health Association of Mecklenburg County in Charlotte.
He is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Steve Winesett of Rocky Mount, Va. He received his Bachelor's from the College of William & Mary, his Master's from UNC, and is presently pursuing his Doctorate in Physics at NC State University in Raleigh, N.C.
