Dog wash at Tech
BLACKSBURG - Veterinary students at Virginia Tech will hold a community 'dogwash" and care clinic today, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Veterinary Teaching Hospital.
Dogs can be bathed, towel-dried and have their ears cleaned for $10. Nailtrimming is $2 extra. Dogs must be on leashes and be at least five months old with current vaccinations. For more information, call 552-8315.
Transactional analysis workshop offered
BLACKSBURG - The Rev. Rudi Gelsey of the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of the New River Valley will be conducting a workshop today, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at 1301 Gladewood Drive, Blacksburg. Entitled "What is My Script, and How Do I Kick It?", the class will deal with changing the life-patterns which interfere with intimacy. Gelsey is a certified transactional analyst.
