Lora Zimmerman of the East Coasters/Backstreets bicycle race team pedaled her way to a first place finish in the Women's Expert class and teammate Karen Amanna was third April 13 in the O'hill Meltdown mountain bike race in Charlottesville.
Other finishers for the East Coasters/Backstreets team included Jim Stone (sixth), Chris Pohowsky (ninth), James Loverich (10th), and Brian Bond (15th) in the Men's Expert class. In the Men's Sport class, sixth place Chris Lenth, Ashwin Amanna (11), and Jeff Chang (17) placed.
