are all dressed up in the native dress of Krakow, Poland, for

Sunday's Local Colors festival in downtown Roanoke. The day began

with a Parade of Nations down Jefferson Street and included

dancing and music of at least 10 nations. At Mill Mountain

Theatre's Theatre B, sixth-, seventh-, eighth- and ninth-graders

from the Community School performed an interpretation of the

on-going effects of the Vietnam War. Story on C1. color.
