The Lakeside Singers need soprano, alto, bass and especially tenor singers for a concert to be held June 27 and 28 at Bethlehem United Methodist Church on Virginia 122 in Moneta.

Wildlife programs
Smith Mountain Lake State Park will hold a wildlife observation and animal shelter making class on April 27 from 1 to 3 p.m.
Methods of nature observation, wildlife improvement, tracking and stalking and blind construction will be discussed.
