Housecall Hospice needs volunteers
Housecall Hospice is looking for volunteers to work directly or indirectly with terminally ill patients.

Registration open for summer sessions
The deadline for registering for summer-session classes at Roanoke College is May 30.
Students new to the college should call the admissions office at 375-2270. Those students previously enrolled in Roanoke College credit classes may call the registrar's office at 375-2210 for registration information.
The first summer term begins June 2 and runs through June 27. A second term will begin June 30 and end July 26.
Children's choir holds spring concert
The Roanoke College Preparatory Division Children's Choir will present its 10th annual "A Little Spring Music" concert May 18.
The concert will be at 3 p.m. in the Salem High School Auditorium. Tickets are $4, $2 for children 12 and under, to be available after April 29.
The performance will include classical, Broadway and patriotic music with compositions by Handel, Rossini, Copland, Randall Thompson and Hoagy Carmichael.
