Clarifications

The call letters for television station WJPR/WFXR Fox 21/27 were wrong in a photo caption Friday.

In a story in Wednesday's editions about female cadets at The Citadel, The Associated Press reported that the mistreatment included forcing female cadets to drink alcohol. College spokesman Terry Leedom said a school investigation failed to find sufficient evidence to substantiate that accusation against a sophomore. That cadet was convicted of the lesser charges of neglect of military duty and inappropriate conduct, according to the school.
