ROBERT L. WILDER

{LEAD} Robert Lee Wilder, 69, of the 2000 block of Leckie St., died May 30, 1994, in a Portsmouth hospital.

Mr. Wilder was a native of Meigs, Ga., and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, Portsmouth. He was retired from the Naval Exchange System, Portsmouth Commissary, and was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran of World War II.

{REST} Survivors include his wife, Doris B. Wilder; three daughters, Janet Lee Wills, Susan W. Shea and Kathy Jo Winters, all of Portsmouth; one son, James R. Wilder of Portsmouth; six sisters, Mildred Lodge, Annabelle Willis, Grace Patrick, Emma Adams, Lois Majors and Sue Taylor; two brothers, I.W. Wilder and Alva Wilder; and six grandchildren.

A funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Thursday in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, by the Rev. Philip J. Parker. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today.
