LEANDER WILLIAMS SR.

{LEAD} Leander ``Pepper'' Williams Sr., of the 400 block of Dunway Court, died May 27, 1994.

Mr. Williams was born in Princess Anne County. He was a member of Union Baptist Church Kempsville.

{REST} Survivors include his wife, Lillian J. Williams; four daughters, Raydel Britt, Thomasine Mcgruder and Marilyn Williams, all of Virginia Beach and Audrey Corprew of New York; three sons, Leander Williams Jr. and Ricky M. Williams, both of Virginia Beach and Maurice A. Williams of Dover, Del.; two sisters, Mary Hughes and Lenora Fedrick, both of Virginia Beach; two brothers, Elijah Williams and Roosevelt Williams, both of Virginia Beach; 13 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday in Union Baptist Church Kempsville by Dr. S.L. Scott Jr. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Norfolk. Community Funeral Home, Norfolk, is handling arrangements.
