ABORTION IS VIOLENCE

{LEAD} President Clinton recently signed a bill barring anti-abortion demonstrators from blocking access to abortion clinics. His reason: ``Something has got to be done to stop the violence.''

What can be more violent than ripping an unborn healthy baby to pieces? Several years ago, PBS presented a program showing all the methods used in the abortion process. The program was very disturbing. It let viewers see the trauma that the fetus goes through during the process. Equally disturbing in that program were the reasons given by the women for terminating the life of their unborn child.

Abortion is not about women's rights; it is about the termination of life on demand.
