{LEAD} Ogie Felts Epps, 94, died Thursday, June 2, 1994, at Southampton Memorial Hospital, Franklin.

She was born in Southampton County and lived in Surry County for most of her life. She was the oldest member of the Ivor United Methodist Church. She was the widow of Joseph C. Epps Sr. and the daughter of the late Otelia Crumpler and William Thomas Felts.

{REST} She is survived by one son, Joseph C. Epps Jr. of Wakefield; five daughters, Clarice E. Rollings of Elberon, Eleanor E. Cornwell of Ivor, Elizabeth E. Uzzle of Jacksonville, Fla., Nancy E. Bunn of Newsoms and Roselyn E. Moxley of Carrollton; one brother, Thomas Crumpler Felts of Portsmouth; 12 grandchildren, Susan E. Braswell, Joseph C. Epps III, Jeri Leigh Moxley, Jodi M. Altman, C. Bryant Bunn Jr., Joseph Blair Bunn, Ted C. Uzzle, Martha Bagley, Cathy C. Floyd, Glenda C. Nemes, Otelia R. Seward and John C. Rollings; eight great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. Saturday in Purviance Funeral Home, Wakefield, by the Rev. Charles Rowley. Burial will be in Wakefield Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:30 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to the Ivor United Methodist Church Memorial Fund, c/o Mary Nannie Powell, Ivor, Va. 23866.
