EMMA H. LANGLEY

{LEAD} Emma Harrell Langley, 81, died Wednesday, June 1, 1994, in Pitt County Memorial Hospital.

Mrs. Langley, a native of Edgecombe County, had made her home in the Falkland community most of her life and was a member of the King's Crossroads Free Will Baptist Church. She was engaged in farming prior to her employment at the Falkland School and Farmville Central High School, where she worked until her retirement in 1982.

{REST} Survivors include three sons, Ernest Lee Langley Jr. of Siler City, Floyd B. Langley of Jacksonville, N.C., and David R. Langley of the home; a sister, Lillie Mae McLean of Newport News; a brother, Henry Harrell of Greenville; six grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in King's Crossroads Free Will Baptist Church by the Rev. Bruce Jones. Burial will be in the Falkland Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Wilkerson Funeral Home, Greenville.
