THELMA P. HARRELL

{LEAD} Thelma Pike Harrell, 83, of Main St., died early Thursday morning, June 2, 1994, in Chowan Hospital, Edenton.

Mrs. Harrell was born in Pasquotank County to the late Benjamin F. and Mrs. Martha Sutton Pike. She was a retired seamstress and a member of the Hertford Pentecostal Holiness Church. She was the widow of Meador Harrell.

{REST} Survivors include two sons, Leon Harrell of Hertford and Maurice Harrell of New Bern; three granddaughters, Debbie Ayscue and Sheila Onley, both of Hertford, and Donna Phelps of Winfall; and two great-grandchildren.

A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in Hertford Pentecostal Holiness Church by the Rev. Gene Boyce. Burial will follow in the Cedarwood Cemetery, Hertford, with Miller Funeral Home, Gatesville, handling arrangements. Friends may join the family at the home of her son, Leon Harrell, 222 Crescent Drive, Hertford.
