{LEAD} Elinor McNeill, 77, died Thursday, June 2, 1994.

Surviving are a brother, Cmdr. Raymond McGrath, USN (Ret.) and his wife, Mary, of Virginia Beach; two nieces; one nephew; two grand-nieces and one grand-nephew.

{REST} A funeral mass will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, June 6, in Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Decatur. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday in Brintlingers Funeral Home, N. Oakland St., with a prayer service at 7:45 p.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Decatur.
