DORIS H. GRAY

{LEAD} Doris Hope Hutchinson Gray, 73, of the first block of Evergreen Drive, Snug Harbor, Hertford, died Thursday afternoon, June 2, 1994, in Chowan Hospital.

A native of Norfolk, she was the wife of Marq Gray. She formerly worked as a clerk at Rose's 5 & 10 in Norfolk and was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. She was a former member of Oceanview Methodist Church.

{REST} Besides her husband, survivors include a sister, Virginia Perry of Norfolk.

Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday in Elmwood Cemetery, Norfolk, with the Rev. Jerry Boyd officiating. The family will receive friends at Swindell Funeral Home, Hertford, from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. today. Donations may be made to the Epilepsy Foundation.
