HARRY GOLDBLATT

{LEAD} Harry Goldblatt, 86, of the 400 block of Queen Street, died June 3, 1994, in a hospital.

Mr. Goldblatt, a lifelong resident of Portsmouth, was a retired painting contractor. He was a former champion runner, swimmer and weight lifter of Portsmouth Y.M.C.A.

{REST} Survivors include his two brothers, Samuel Goldblatt of Norfolk and Abe Goldblatt of Portsmouth; seven nephews; six nieces; and numerous cousins.

The family will receive friends at Foster Funeral Home from 7 to 8 p.m. today; burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to The Holiday House, 4211 County St., Portsmouth, Va. 23707.
