NEIL CURRY SMITH II

{LEAD} Neil Curry Smith II, 24, of Norfolk, a veterinarian trainee, died Thursday, June 2, 1994, in a Fairfax, Va. hospital.

Mr. Smith was a native of Tulsa, Okla., and was a graduate of Maury High School in Norfolk. He also was a graduate of the University of Virginia and was a member of the Sigma Phi Fraternity. His church membership was at Larchmont United Methodist Church of Norfolk.

{REST} Survivors include his mother and father, Neil Curry and Joyce Bolton Smith of Norfolk; a brother, Mark Edward Smith of Tampa, Fla.; and his paternal grandmother, Evelyn Curry Smith of Somerset, Ky.

A memorial service will be conducted on Monday, June 6, 1994, in Larchmont United Methodist Church at 3 p.m. by Dr. Lewis H. Morgan. His cremains will be buried in a family cemetery in Kentucky at a later date. Cox Funeral Home is handling arrangements. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the church or to your local SPCA.
