MURDER CHARGE

{LEAD} A 21-year-old man was arrested Thursday night and charged with murder in the slaying of a man this week.

Antonio L. Kelly, of the 1300 block of Ferry Point Road in Virginia Beach, is being held in lieu of $50,000 bail at the Norfolk City Jail on charges of murder and the use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.

The charges stem from the slaying Wednesday of Derrick McCoy, 35, of Virginia Beach, whose body was found in the 3900 block of Omohondro Ave.
