MARCELINE RAE MCKINNEY

{LEAD} Marceline Rae McKinney, 66, of the 100 block of South Fir Ave., a devoted wife and mother, died Thursday, June 2, 1994, in her residence.

Mrs. McKinney was born in Elizabeth City, North Carolina.

{REST} Survivors include her husband, Joseph R. McKinney, Jr., two daughters, Sharon M. Owens and Deborah M. Hall, both of Virginia Beach, a son, Joseph R. McKinney, III of Norfolk, two sisters, Della M. Dunnavant of Portsmouth and Sarah E. Hartzell of Norfolk, two brothers, J.E. Lister and I.J. Lister, both of Norfolk, and four grandchildren.

A Chapel service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Monday, June 6, 1994, at H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts. Laskin Road Chapel by Reverend James G. O'Quinn. Burial will be at Rosewood Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends in the funeral home today from 7 to 8 p.m.
