ONYXX QUANLE WADE

{LEAD} Onyxx Q. Wade, infant, of the 3000 block of Turnpike Road, died June 2, 1994, in Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters.

Survivors include his mother, Katrina F. Wade; his father, Alford C. Wade, Jr.; three brothers, Alford C. Wade, III, Darrius K. Wade and D'Oljawuan K. Wade, all of Portsmouth; a maternal grandmother, Kay F. Pittman of Suffolk; a paternal grandmother, Alice M. Barner and a special aunt, Chiquita M. Smith, both of Portsmouth; and a host of other aunts, uncles and cousins.

{REST} A graveside funeral will be conducted today at 11 a.m. Pretlow and Chapman Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
