RUTH ELIZABETH SNIDER

{LEAD} Ruth Elizabeth Snider, beloved wife and faithful companion of her husband, George, for 62 years, was received by the Lord Jesus on the 6th of June's early morning. She awaits us all: her loving husband George, her children George, Ruth, and Virginia. She leaves with us a rich legacy of love, of example. She died sweetly as she lived, grateful to all who ministered to her needs at Sentara Leigh during her last day. Special thanks to Dr. Mary Graham who supported us all through difficult months. She was grateful to all who loved her and hers.

As in life, so in death, she will be surrounded with love by her family and her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren as they pray for the repose of her soul.

{REST} A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Pius X Catholic Church by Fr. Joe Metzger on Thursday at 11:30 a.m., June 9, 1994. The family will receive friends at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to her favorite charity would be gratefully received at St. Labre Indian Mission, Ashland, Mont. 59004-1001.
