BOOMERANG LAW

{LEAD} President Clinton on May 26 signed legislation that bars anti-abortion demonstrators from blocking access to clinics or threatening patients.

This could be a godsend in disguise. The next time Greenpeace activists chain themselves to the gates of a nuclear-power plant or the Sierra Club blocks woodcutters from chopping down trees, or the next time the National Organization for Women attempts to picket a military installation because the military refuses to allow gay or lesbian servicemen to ``exhibit their wares'' openly, or when any other leftist, liberal, radical organizations attempt to ``do their thing,'' this legislation should be used as legal precedent to lock these Kook Burgers up and throw away the key.

{REST} These people, after all, are the same liberals who advocate abortion on demand or for use as a contraceptive device. It's almost too beautiful to contemplate. The opportunity now seems available to use the same twisted agenda of these extremists to counter their own radicalism.
