WILEY STOCKS

{LEAD} Wiley ``Doug'' Stocks, 64, of the 4900 block of Clover Street, died June 8, 1994.

He was a native of Greenville, N.C., and was owner and operator of Antenna Service Co. He was a Baptist and had served in the United States Navy. He was also involved in the Virginia Electronics Corp.

{REST} He is survived by his wife, Louise Stocks; two daughters, Sheila M. Mills and Teresa D. Houston, both of Virginia Beach; one son, Dale D. Stocks of Norfolk; one sister, Barbara S. Flautt of Virginia Beach; two brothers, James O. Stocks Jr. of Virginia Beach, and Gerald D. Stocks of Fredericksburg, Va.; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday in Rosewood Memorial Park by Chaplain D.R. Staton. Friends may join the family at Smith and Williams Funeral Home today from 7 to 9 p.m.
