CHAMBER BREAKFAST SET

{LEAD} Rebecca Norton Dunlop, Virginia's secretary of natural resources, will speak to the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce June 16 at the second program in the chamber's 1994 Business Before Hours forum.

Beginning at 8 a.m., the breakfast program takes place at the Holiday Inn-Chesapeake, 725 Woodlake Drive.

{REST} Dunlop, who was a Reagan administration assistant secretary of the Interior in 1988, will present the Allen administration's positions on air/water pollution, parks, landfills, the Chesapeake Bay, fisheries, wildlife and historic resources.

She will discuss the Blue Ribbon Strike Force tasked with refining the role of the Department of Environmental Quality, the status of the state's compliance with the Federal Clean Air Act and her commitment to streamline and balance the state's regulatory processes.

Tickets are $20 for chamber members or $25 for non-members.
