MACK H. BREWER

{LEAD} Mack Harold Brewer, 77, of the 900 block of Philpotts Road, a retired forklift operator, died June 7, 1994, in a local hospital.

Mr. Brewer was born in Nashville, N.C. He retired from NOB after 31 years and was a member of First Calvary Baptist Church, former member of the Men's Club and member of Coronado Inglenook Civic League. He was the son of the late Lizzie D. Brewer and Mack Brewer.

{REST} Survivors include his wife, Eva F. Brewer; a sister, Beatrice Pierce, and brother-in-law, Charlie Pierce, both of Chesapeake; and a host of nieces and nephews.

A funeral will be conducted at noon today at First Calvary Baptist Church, Wide and Henry streets, by the Rev. Johnnie L. White. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. The body will be taken to the church at 10 a.m. today. The family will assemble at 966 Philpotts Road. Hale Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
