BOOKER T. O NEAL

{LEAD} Booker T. ``Roy'' O Neal of the 1000 block of Portland St., died June 4, 1994, in a local hospital.

Mr. O Neal was born in Zebulon, N.C., and was a truck driver for Tar Mac.

{REST} Survivors include his wife, Rosa H. O Neal; a daughter, Francine Pitchford of Virginia Beach; a son, James Roy Pitchford of Chesapeake; his mother, Harriett M. O Neal, and father, Booker T. O Neal, both of Norfolk; three sisters, Evelyn D. Young and Maxine O Neal, both of Norfolk, and Velma Daughtry of Philadelphia, Pa.; three brothers, Melvin O Neal and Earl L. O Neal, both of Norfolk, and Ricky O Neal of Marion, Va.; three grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday at Metropolitan Funeral Service, Norfolk Chapel, by Brother Maurice Brinkley. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. Family and friends will assemble at 1044 Portland St., Chesapeake, at noon Saturday for the processional to the chapel.
