MAN KILLED AFTER ARGUMENT

{LEAD} A Deep Creek trailer park resident ended an argument with a neighbor late Monday by firing a shot into the neighbor's chest, police said.

Harry Shouse, 37, who police said lived in Travelers Mobile Home Park on South Military Highway near Galberry Road, died near his home after a dispute with another trailer park resident, Carl L. Griffey, 30.

{REST} Police spokesman Tony Torres said Griffey became enraged at Shouse and got his shotgun, then fired at Shouse once. Torres did not say what the argument was about.

Griffey was charged with murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. He was released from jail Sunday after posting a $35,000 bond.
