Mezzullo & McCandlish and winner of the first Scholastic Achievement
Scholarship; Lt. Col. S.W. Wagner, U.S. Marine Corps, director of public
affairs for the Fleet Marine Force Atlantic, based at Camp Elmore; and Dr.
Rudolph Gordon, dean of the School of Social Sciences at Norfolk State
University.
