NO TO DISNEY

{LEAD} Will Greene, a longtime transplanted Virginian and the current president of the Association for the Preservation of Civil War Sites, speaks from Fredericksburg, where my great-grandfather, William Smock Williams, lies in the Confederate cemetery: ``Make no mistake . . . if you lose a site, you don't lose history. That's always there. But you do lose its ability to touch people.''

I vote ``No'' to Disneyland's invasion.
