Mrs. Keyes was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, and settled with her family in Virginia in 1980. She was employed at J.C. Penney, Lynnhaven Mall. She was active along with her husband in the Khedive Yacht Club.
{REST} Survivors include her husband, Ed J. Keyes; one daughter, Marie A. Keyes of Carrollton; her father, James P. Bell of Aiea, Hawaii; one sister, Janet L. Remigio-Camero of Aiea; and one brother, Ronald Percy Bell of Aiea.
A memorial service will be conducted at 6:30 p.m. Thursday in Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, Virginia Beach, by the Rev. David Lasalle. The family will receive friends following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Shriner's Crippled Children's Hospital or to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
