INVESTIGATE JUSTICE, TOO

{LEAD} I recently heard the list of the articles of indictment for House Ways and Means Chairman Dan Rostenkowski. What is particularly disturbing is the statement following one of the articles - ``This has been going on for 20 years!''

If this is true, then this country is truly in deep trouble; that the justice system waited 20 years to bring the charge forward is awful.

{REST} Perhaps we should begin by investigating the Justice Department.
