WILLIAM E. TALLY

{LEAD} William E. ``Lil-Bill'' Tally of the 5800 block of Granger St., died June 12, 1994, in a local hospital.

Mr. Tally was born in Queens and was a Baptist. He was employed in air conditioning and refrigeration with Novair Mechanic Co., Inc.

{REST} Survivors include his mother, Elsie Tally of Queens; his father, William Ernest Tally of Norfolk; four sisters; four brothers; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A funeral will be conducted at noon Saturday in Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, Norfolk, by Dr. I. Joseph Williams (Pastor) and the Rev. Joseph Price (officiating). Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake. Family and friends will assemble at Metropolitan Funeral Service, Norfolk, from 6 to 7 p.m. today. Family and friends will assemble at 7483 Diven St., Norfolk, at 11 a.m. Saturday for the funeral processional to the church.
