GERALD A. PHELPS

{LEAD} Gerald Anthony Phelps of the 3200 block of Granby St., died June 15, 1994, in a local hospital.

He was born in Norfolk.

{REST} Survivors include his mother, Annie P. Smith; grandfather, Hezekiah Phelps; two uncles, Frederick and Robert Phelps; and one aunt, Deborah Phelps, all of Norfolk.

A funeral will be conducted at noon Saturday in Graves Funeral Home by Bishop John Kindred. Burial will be in Jones Memorial Park. Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home at 11:45 a.m. for the service.
