ERIC V. SPADY SR.

{LEAD} Eric Ventell Spady Sr., of the 1400 block of Chapel Street died June 16, 1994, in the 900 block of Scott Street.

Mr. Spady was born in Norfolk and was employed in landscaping. He was a member of Philippi Disciple Church.

{REST} Survivors include a daughter, Kaia M. Porter; his parents, Alma Norman and Carl F. Spady; three sisters, Carmella R. Norman, Mary C. Norman and Spring D. Norman; four brothers, Carlton R. Spady, Ricky C. Norman, Tracy A. Norman and Galento L. Norman; maternal grandparents, James and Mary Norman; and paternal grandmother, Rosa Spady, all of Norfolk. He was predeceased by Elbert Spady.

A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Graves Funeral Home by the Rev. Anthony Moses. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Friends may join the family at the residence.
