{LEAD} The City Council took the following actions at its meeting Tuesday:

Motion to transfer $54,786 from the Grants Contingency Account to purchase automation equipment necessary to make the Criminal Information Management System (CRIMES) fully operational in the city. Approved, 6-0

{REST} Motion to award a contract to Tri-State Utilities for repairs to cave-ins in the city's existing storm drainage system. Approved, 6-0
