18-YEAR-OLD CHARGED IN NORFOLK SLAYING

{LEAD} An 18-year-old Chesapeake man was arrested late Friday and charged with the June 16 murder of Eric Spady.

Antonio E. McLean, of the 5200 block of Libertyville Road in Chesapeake, has been charged with the robbery and slaying of Spady, 21, whose body was found in the 900 block of Scott St. in Norfolk.
