VIOLA D. MOORE

{LEAD} Viola Dawson Moore, 79, formerly of the 4000 block of Scott St., died June 18, 1994, in a Fairfax, Va., hospital.

Mrs. Moore was born in New York City, N.Y. She was the widow of Claude P. Moore and was a member of West End United Methodist Church. She was a retired librarian at Westhaven Elementary School and Churchland Academy. She was also a member of the Beazley Senior Center.

{REST} Survivors include a daughter, Dianne Moore Eakin of Portland, Maine; a son, Gary N. Moore of Springfield, Va.; a brother, Harold Dawson of Baldwin, N.Y.; and three grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, Chesapeake, by the Rev. James A. Harris. The family will be at Loving Funeral Home, Churchland Chapel, Tuesday night from 7 to 8 p.m.
