He was a native of Norfolk, Va. Retired from the Army after 23 years of service, he was a member of Master Mason's Alfruk 145.
{REST} He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Josie Williams; one daughter, Mrs. Tonette Harris; two sons, Raymond Williams Jr. and Christopher Williams, all of Columbus, Ga.; his mother, Mrs. Lois Williams; one brother, Leon Williams, both of Norfolk, Va.; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m., today in Franchise Missionary Baptist Church in Phonix City, Ala. Arrangements made by Progressive Funeral Home.
