{LEAD} Willie Jim Hooks, 67, died June 17, 1994, in Virginia Beach.

Mrs. Hooks was born in Coral Gables, Fla. She was a Baptist.

{REST} Survivors include two daughters, Rena Alice Simpson of Virginia Beach and Aurelia Ann Lambercht of West Virginia; three sons, Paul Morel Hooks of Germany, Phillip Alan Hooks of Fort Walton Beach, Fla., and Robert Owen Hooks of London, England; a sister, Frances Tuman of Summerfield, Fla.; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

The graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday in Stonewall Memory Garden, Manassas, Va. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, is handling arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations may be made to the American Kidney Foundation, 6110 Executive Blvd., Suite 1010, Rockville, Md. 20852.
