{LEAD} Pattie Ellis Wheeler, 85, a homemaker, of the 600 block of Oakley Ave., died June 19, 1994.

She is survived by her husband, Albert D. Wheeler; two daughters, Alice Long of Seaboard, N.C., and Irene Schwartz of Richmond, Va.; and one son, William Millwood of Elizabeth City, N.C.

{REST} The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. today in Victory Baptist Church by the Rev. Rob Madden and Dr. Charles Wright. Burial will be in Cedarwood Cemetery. Branch Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
