JAMES M. ROLLINGS

{LEAD} James Marshall Rollings, age 53, a native of Southampton County, died on Tuesday, June 21, 1994, at Chesapeake General Hospital in Chesapeake. Mr. Rollings was the son of the late Samuel Herman and Ethel Simmons Rollings. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Herman Earl Rollings, Samuel Godfrey Rollings and Francis Hylton Rollings.

He is survived by three sisters, Edith R. Vick of Wakefield, Christine T. Britton of Franklin and Jean R. Holland of Winter Gardens, Fla.; three brothers, Gilbert S. Rollings of Hopewell, Robert K. Rollings of Palm Coast, Fla., and Graham D. Rollings of Moseley, and several nieces and nephews.

{REST} A graveside service will be conducted in the Wakefield Cemetery on Thursday, June 23, 1994, at 10:30 a.m. by the Rev. Douglas Cotter. The family suggest that memorial donations be made to the Ivor Volunteer Rescue Squad. Purviance Funeral Home, Wakefield, is handling the arrangements.
