JAMES J. HOLLENBACH

{LEAD} James Joseph Hollenbach, 53, died June 17, 1994, in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

Mr. Hollenbach was born in Philadelphia. He was working in the air conditioning and refrigeration field. He was a Catholic and was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He was soldier of the month three times while serving in Vietnam.

{REST} Survivors include three daughters, Tracy A. Hollenbach and Heather A. Hollenbach, both of Virginia Beach, and Sarah Saunders of South Carolina; three sisters, Kathryn Wickersham of Ladson, S.C., Mary D. McGinnis of New Jersey and Theresa Martin of Pennsylvania; a brother, W.T. Hollenbach of Virginia Beach; and many friends and loved ones.

The funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday in Star of the Sea Catholic Church by Fr. Michael Breslin. Burial will be at sea at a later date. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m.

Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
