FRANCIS P. ANDERSON

{LEAD} Francis P. ``Frank'' Anderson, 70, of the 1200 block of Mapole Ave., a retired night watchman, died June 18, 1994, in his residence.

Mr. Anderson was born in Norfolk. He retired from Tidewater Construction Co., was a member of United Presbyterian Church in Norfolk and Disabled Veterans of World War II.

{REST} Survivors include his wife, Captolia Anderson; a daughter, Vivica Anderson, and a son, Frankie Anderson, all of Norfolk.

A wake service will be held 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. today at Gospel Light Church of Christ Holiness, Norfolk. Burial will be June 24 in Quantico National Cemetery, Quantico, Va. Friends will be received at 1028 Galt St., Norfolk. Today, friends will meet at Gospel Light Church of Christ, 7435 Elm Ave., Norfolk. E.A. Hughes Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
